Christopher was born in Hamburg, Germany but grew up in Nashville. Upon graduation from David Lipscomb HS he headed to West Texas, earning a BBA in Economics from Abilene Christian University before studying Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. He then went to work for Dallas builder Huntington Homes, building communities in both Allen and Richardson before moving back to Nashville. He then joined Zaring (now Drees) Homes, building in the Franklin communities of Sullivan Farms and Founder’s Point before opening Aberdeen Woods in Crieve Hall. He then ran his own construction services company for 2 years and had a stint in sales for duPont before accepting an offer from Brentwood-based Turnberry Homes. With Turnberry he built over 100 homes in the Franklin communities of Ashton Park, Cornerstone, and Avalon. In 2006 Christopher was approached by Southern Land Co. to oversee land development for the proposed McEwen Town Center. Before overseeing the interior build-out of Southern Land’s new corporate headquarters, he managed the construction of W. McEwen Dr. from Mallory Ln. to Cool Springs Blvd. as well as all of the mass grading and underground utilities installation for what would have been one of the largest mixed-use developments in Middle Tennessee, but for the financial collapse of 2008, which led to the termination of the project.Christopher joined Jerry at Westgate Property Management in 2009 and purchased the company from him in 2017, renaming it Aria Properties, LLC in his honor.
Christopher has 4 sons and his favorite trip to date was to Belize; but if money were no object, he would travel to Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
